First, I appreciate the office staff quickly getting us an appointment right away( like the next day). Second, We really appreciate the technician they sent to help us with our thermostat problem -- Scott was excellent!!. Friendly, very knowledgeable but most importantly, he took the time to explain Everything!

Last we must add, although we don't want another HVAC problem, we will be calling this company if we do. First class service from the initial phone call, followed by a call to tell us Scott was on his way, to the service provided by their technician SCOTT.

Job Was Done Right and at a Reasonable Price

Very Impressed With Their Professionalism

I have been a customer of Alicia Air for several years. They installed my current Carrier system and I had a very good experience with them from start to finish. This past weekend, my parents had an issue with their thermostat and, with this extreme heat, I was very concerned that they would not be able to use their A/C. Even though my parents had never used Alicia Air's services before, the service man was able to get to my parents' house within one day and resolve the issue. I continue to be very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness.
